How do I return an item?

We do not accept returns on most items. Please order carefully. Original sales receipt must accompany returns.
If we accept your return, it must be received back to us within 7 days of receipt.
Orders are often not cancel-able, as items are ordered on your behalf. If you cancel your order, prior to our 3-5 Business Day shipping policy (unless otherwise disclosed) you will be charged a 25% restock fee. Many items are ordered on your behalf and cannot be cancelled. "In Stock" can be described as in stock with our supplier, or in our warehouse. If multiple items are shipped, they will be consolidated for shipping.
At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only.
Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". WE DO NOT ACCEPT PREVIOUSLY INSTALLED MATERIALS.
SALE items cannot be returned.
Promotion pricing cannot be applied to previously-purchased items.
Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
• without showing signs of wear or damage in any way , unopened boxes
• within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 days no returns are allowed)
• must not be a special order or a custom order (Most of our items are special ordered for you)
*Buyer acknowledges that if a purchase is made that qualifies for Free Shipping, and the item is returned, you will be charged for the freight charged incurred in shipping the item to you.
Before installing any tile, check the contents of your shipment for receipt of correct materials. If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately, and must be signed for on delivery receipt as damaged to be considered for a refund or replacement.
Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
There is a 25% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. If an order is placed, and cancelled, and the fault is not with MST, you will be charged a 2.5% transaction fee.
Again you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
SAMPLES: We sell many natural, and hand made products. If you order a sample, and do not consecutively place an order, within 7 days, there is a chance that the natural differences in dye lots will be different. Coloring, shading, and small differences are to be expected with varying lots.
