3 CommentsWhat’s Your Tile Style?
If you’re like me and you take a month to pick just one paint color for a room in your house then picking tile has got to be an even bigger challenge. Where does one even begin? How do I know what tile I want? The easiest way to start is thinking about what your style is. Are you romantic? Maybe porcelain or even pillowed or cushioned stone may suit you.
Tile: Beveled Arabesque – perfect for backsplashes or your fireplace! Makes a cozy spot even cozier.
Perhaps you’re looking for a classic look, one that’s evergreen like subway tile or marble!

Or, you’re even more like me than you realize and you want something that’s going to make a statement without being gaudy. You’re contemporary and you want clean lines and patterns.

Nothing like tile that reminds you of floating bubbles to brighten up your kitchen or dining area. Even if it’s just a backsplash in an otherwise muted kitchen, Alys Edwards’ Bubblicious tile sets the tone for a fun summer gathering.

1 CommentSugar & Sand and Everything Grand
Spending a day at the beach is sweet as can be when you incorporate these brown sugar and pastel hues. Our Iridescent Gigi Stix Brown Sugar Mosaic is reminiscent of sugary sand and crushed shells between your toes.
Relax in the sand in this modern twist on an old classic Striped Bikini, and remember the sand gets scorching hot so don’t forget your sugary sweet Pink Havaianas. Pack up your vintage Sisal Tote with your new Calvin Klein Fender Shades and SPF, and you’ll be prepared for fun in the sun!
A little bit of sugar goes a long way, but your summer won’t be sweet without it!

Life’s A Beach
Summer dreaming on sunny days makes me think of sugar sand, pearls in oysters, and sea glass. This pearlescent vintage inspired bathroom would be a perfect addition to any beach cottage!
Recreate this look by starting with our Vihara Puka Iridescent Glass Mosaic that shimmers like the sea, and incorporate an antiqued mirrored chest and convert it to a vanity. Get this coral reef mirror look for less with this handmade starfish mirror; it is whimsical and suitable for every mermaid’s bathroom.
Incorporate sea glass bottles and use them in a windowsill, or as a vase to showcase all of your garden beauties. Vintage beach photography, prints, and drawings are a classy way of tying the whole beach look together without looking passé.
